Help! I’ve received a damaged/defective/incorrect item.

We are so sorry you had this experience. Please let us know as soon as you receive your delivery (and no longer than our 30-day return policy return window) so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Visit our Contact Us form and send us a message to let us know what happened. We will review the issues and contact you via email once we've received your request. We may ask for a few photos of the damaged/defective or incorrect item.
